Outdoor paradise with pool, sauna & whirlpool

On a 4,500 square meter fenced property amidst olive and fruit trees, the spacious, secluded outdoor area is a real highlight:
The glazed pergola and outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with a grill, pizza oven, stove,

Refrigerator and wine cooler – perfect for long summer evenings,

and with a heating lamp/radiator and fireplace for cozy hours in the off-season.

The 13 x 5 meter pool with steps, automatic cover, and robotic cleaning system, combined with the luxurious wood-fired sauna and a heated whirlpool with atmospheric lighting, offers pure relaxation. Two outdoor showers – one of them solar-powered and warm – complete the private wellness experience.

 

Living with style and foresight

The house offers plenty of space for families and/or small groups (up to 8 people):
Upstairs you'll find a bright living and dining room with an open-plan kitchen, TV, comfortable sofa, air conditioning, underfloor heating, and a cozy wood-burning stove. There are also three further bedrooms: two with Natuzzi double beds, and one with a single or double bed (as needed). Two modern bathrooms and a walk-in wardrobe complete the picture – all thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort.

From the panoramic balcony you can enjoy the view into the distance and of the white city of Ostuni.

On the ground floor there is a separate apartment with air conditioning, a Natuzzi double bed, a baby cot and a spacious bathroom as well as a washing machine and dryer, with separate entrances on both sides – ideal for guests who want privacy.
